Terms And Conditions
  1. Please complete this form and submit it to the Community Management office or email it to community@dp.ae, TWO BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR MOVE.
  2. The Community Service Fees for your unit must be paid and up to date in order for this application to be processed.
  3. The Management will not be held responsible for any accident/injury that occurs on the premises.
  4. No work is permitted on Fridays and public holidays except in case of an emergency
  5. To avoid disturbance to your neighbors, kindly schedule work between 8AM to 7PM. (For commercial and mixed use properties noisy works inside a unit is permitted between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM; or between 05:00 PM to 7:00 PM Sunday through Thursday. However if the property is solely commercial, night work permits can also be acquired from 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM. All the above timings are subject to prior approvals from Community Management.)
  6. Necessary safety precautions should be undertaken by the occupant and the moving company.
  7. Homeowners/tenants are responsible for any damage caused to the common areas while moving-in/out (either directly by them or their appointed moving company).
  8. The Community Manager will repair any damage caused to the common areas during the Move-in/out process at the unit owner’s expense.
  9. Moving companies are to provide adequate supervision during the Move-in/out process.
  10. Floor protection is the responsibility of the occupant.
  11. Moving companies should abide by the access and security policies of the community at all times.
  12. Areas must be cleaned after the move and the waste disposed off immediately, in a proper manner.
  13. Applicable penalties may be levied in case of non-compliance with any of these rules.
  14. Applicants must give complete and accurate information in this form.
  15. Occupants are obliged to follow the Community Rules.
  16. Service lifts to be used only.
