Terms and Conditions
  1. Please complete this form and submit it to the Community Management office or email it to community@dp.ae, two business days prior to your move.
  2. No work is permitted on Fridays and public holidays except in case of an emergency
  3. To avoid disturbance to your neighbors, kindly schedule work between 8AM to 7PM
  4. Wear safety gear
  5. Dispose garbage properly
  6. Minimize noise
  7. Contractors must show the electronic copy of this permit to security.
  8. Unit owners are responsible for any damage caused to the common area in which the community management team will repair it at the unit owner’s expense.
  9. Necessary safety precautions and supervision are to be taken by the Owner/Tenant during the NOC period and they must abide at all times with the security policies of the community.
  10. It is the responsibility of the Owner/Tenant to ensure the disposal of waste and debris through their contractors. The community/common areas need to be clean and tidy.
  11. Applicable penalties may be levied in case of non-compliance with any of the above.
