Our top priority remains the health and wellbeing of our customers, colleagues, and all stakeholders. In line with the local and national authority directives, we are ceasing all Customer Care face-to-face operations during the round-the-clock sterilisation programme.

As such, Dubai Properties Customer Care in Vision Tower along with all site handover activities will be closed for all appointments from Sunday 5th April for a period of at least 2 weeks. We, however, remain active and operational to support you remotely and remind you that:

  • > For community managment and payment services, please utilise our online service via the MyDP application, which can be downloaded from Google Play or App Store.
  • > Remote payments can be made via online transfer or credit cards.
  • > For the following services listed, simply e-mail us at the respective accounts, and we will happily support you:

Once your request is received, a Customer Care executive will be assigned to your enquiry and will work with you through virtual channels to ensure your enquiry is resolved as soon as possible. If your enquiry requires face-to-face interaction, we will schedule the appointment as soon as possible following the sterilisation programme.

We will work with all our stakeholders and within authority guidelines to ensure that emergency maintenance tasks are completed as quickly as possible.
